  • Sweepstakes begins on Monday August 5th 2024 and will end August 31st 2024 at 11:59pm. Our Bunker Team will choose 4 lucky contestants with our favorite photos. You can upload as many photos as you like.

  • The 4 finalist photos will be uploaded on Instagram's poll system for everyone to vote

Sweepstakes Period
The Bunker Gun Shop INC Sweepstakes begins on Monday August 5th, 2024, at 12:01am (EST) and ends on Wednesday, August 31st, 2024, at 11:59pm (EST). Entries received prior to or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.

Eligibility
To win 1,000 rounds of CCI Blazer Ammunition, persons residing or stationed in U.S. territories and possessions, U.S. military installations or diplomatic stations in foreign countries, and all other foreign locations are also excluded from and are not eligible for participation in this Sweepstakes. Entrants who legally reside in eligible U.S. states must be twenty-one (21) years old or older at the time of entry and must be able to provide proof of legal residency. Sweepstakes entrants in eligible U.S. states must be able to legally own and possess a firearm in their state of legal residence. This Sweepstakes is not open to any persons who are prohibited by any law from owning or possessing firearms, or to residents of states or jurisdictions where owning/possessing the firearm prize (or any part thereof) is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Photos only, videos will not count in the sweepstakes. Transfers do not count. This item must be purchased from The Bunker Gun Shop INC directly ( online, in store and gun broker ONLY ).

Winner!
Each prize package winner will be selected by our staff. Your Instagram page must be public. The prize winner will be notified by email. Each prize winner must respond to Sponsor via email response, to the notification from Sponsor, with the prize package winner’s name, address, phone number, and email address within seven (7) days of the email from Sponsor to claim the prize package. Prize package winner must be legally able to own and possess the firearms prize and/or pass a firearms transfer background check (i.e., must not be a “prohibited person” under applicable laws) even though the prize is not a firearm.

Taxes / Fees
All taxes or incidental expenses are the sole responsibility of the prize package winner. Rights to the prize package (or any portion thereof) are not transferable. Except as provided herein, the prize package (or any portion thereof) may not be substituted or redeemed for cash or other consideration. The payment of taxes, fees and/or shipping must be in a form on money order/ certified check ONLY. Winner accepts and acknowledges the tax implications. The Sponsor cannot provide tax advice; please consult with your own tax adviser. If the winner cannot pick up the prize locally, you will be responsible for shipping cost (outside of restricted states).
Privacy
Participating in this Sweepstakes requires providing certain Personal Identifying Information to Sponsor. Sponsor collects Personal Identifying Information from all entrants participating in this Sweepstakes (whether or not an entrant is selected as a prize package winner). This information consists of the winner of the Sweepstakes will be required to submit additional
Personal Identifying Information in the form of first name, last name, date of birth, residential address (street, city, state, and zip code), email address, a valid, government-issued photo identification, contact telephone number

Prize Restrictions
The prize package consists of the items specifically listed in these Official Rules only. Sponsor shall choose all components of each prize package in its sole discretion. The prize package (including all components and accessories) is subject to availability and may be subject to additional federal, state, or local restrictions (including but not limited to restrictions on magazine capacity and other firearm characteristics). We will NOT ship to New York, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, and New Jersey. No substitution or cash equivalent of the prize package (or portion of any prize package) will be granted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion due to unavailability of, or compliance restrictions concerning, a prize package (or portion of a prize package) for any reason. Any substitution by Sponsor of the prize package or portion of the prize package shall be made with an item of comparable or greater value. The prize package (or any portion of the prize package) is not transferable or assignable to any other party.

Void Where Prohibited
The Sweepstakes is void where restricted by applicable law, subject to tax, or otherwise prohibited. The Sweepstakes is strictly for entertainment purposes and may not be used in connection with any form of gambling.

Opt Out
If you, unsubscribe or unfollow per the terms. This opt out is cause for a disqualification. By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree that Sponsor may also use your Personal Identifying Information to send you future marketing communications regarding the promotion of its products, offers, and events.
